Fill the Chair


A campaign to urge each school to bring in hundreds more visitors to observe classrooms this year!

1. How do we attract more visitors into our schools?

2. How do we conduct the classroom observation in the most effective way?

We want your ideas. Share what you have found to be successful. Share with us how observations can be improved, streamlined, and ramped-up so that thousands more visitors can see the magic inside a Montessori classroom.

Parents, relatives, neighbors, senators, congressmen, city-councilmen, doctors, teachers, yard guy, pool guy, cable guy, business owners, high school students, college students, bloggers, military men and women, architects, truck drivers, aviators, the President.

These are some of the vast sea of visitors we want to invite into authentic Montessori classrooms for at least a 30 minute observation. Let visitors experience Montessori for themselves! Let's grow the Montessori movement by allowing each visitor to take ownership of their own Montessori story.

‎"Fill the Chair!" is a campaign to grow the Montessori movement by helping Montessori schools work together to invite more parents, relatives, neighbors, politicians, businesspeople, and other adults in to see authentic Montessori classrooms.
